researching it on the Internet. However, if you are needing help understanding it quickly because you are confused and in pain, this booklet is meant to answer your questions and shed light on what is or has happened to you right now. This book contains vital information that you need right now.

There were too many errors that should have been removed by just proof reading to rate the book higher. It had some good info but I struggled to get through some sentences that, well, I don't know what happened to them, they just got cut off like they were never finished. If you have a book for the public to read, it should be polished and not have blaring mistakes. It was a short, quick read which is good if you want to get an overview of what someone else has learned on the topic.I have been reading so many now on this topic, that I do have some comparisons to make. There are good details at the beginning but I think since we all have some narcissistic trends, the writer included, that we have to be careful while writing about someone else's issues. This is a quick read and good for an intro to the topic. I am reading one now by Wendy Behar which is excellent. It is scaring me and wishing I had checked into this about 13 years ago, but better late than never.
This topic is a real eye opener. I do see myself in some of the description but since things are in degrees, this explains a lot about someone else's behavior that was mystifying to me. Just start reading some of these books to understand what is going on.

NARCISSISM The Killer of Love eBook Steve Craig Reviews
Excellent read ~ this type of information should be taught in schools so people can recognize the red flags before you are destroyed by these people because that is their only intention, besides to USE YOU.
This book is very helpful in understanding this disorder and how it effects others around the person with the disorder.
This book does a good job of explaining narcissim and it's devastating effects on the victims of this type of toxic. relationship
I send all books that i order to my dear husband who is a way at the moment and my husband is very happy with the books he has received.
It is basically good for a base, but the writers worst personal expereince really comes thru. I appreciated what he had to say about the pathology and the characteristics of a Narcissist and how it leaves one hurt, damaged and confused. But in this small booklet I felt like it might also be a way for him to vent. Which is ok, maybe the book would be better...or maybe more of the booklet. I do appreciate his bank of knowledge and candidness.
This book was a fast read and done within an hour.
A problem apparent here was a victim-author being too injured through her/his painful experience with a narcissist to write clearly about narcissism. Every bad personal trait of "Ashley," his female perpetrator, seems to have found itself into a list of designated criterion through which to recognize narcissism in general. Not every narcissist will have all of these traits. Worse, it seems difficult to distinguish where a normal person exhibits one or two narcissistic behaviors from time to time, where serious emotional neglect <http//www.psychologytoday.com/blog/what-would-aristotle-do/201311/what-is-emotional-neglect-0/comments> begins, and where narcissism begins to be a destructively pathological way of life that undeniably destroys relationships and hurts victims terribly. There is a need for good information. I did not find this book to be one.
When I came near the book's end and read the author's quoting scripture and citing "undeniable" proof of humans created with and without souls (narcissists being the latter), I realized the communicated information had gone too far off the deep end to make it safe to recommend as a source for understanding or help.
I liked Steve Craig's straight-forward story, and the way he did not fall into the trap of gender-specific stereotypes (that was refreshing!) Yes, it is the narcissistic pattern inside the person, not the gender of the person, that is the problem. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to understand relationships and the dynamics of narcissism in action. The information was excellent and the message was loud and clear!
